libbusiness-br-ids-perl software package provides modules for dealing with Brazilian identification codes (CPF, CNPJ, ...), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbusiness-br-ids-perl
libbusiness-br-ids-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbusiness-br-ids-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbusiness-br-ids-perl *
